3D scan based workflow
No need to process the 3D scan outside our platform. OrthoSolid fully cleans your scan in a few clicks while preserving accuracy and colour.
Start by indicating the reference points. OrthoSolid will generate the edges of the orthosis, which you can easily adjust by dragging the points.
Easily fine-tune the design. Use sliders and toggles to adjust the orthosis to your patient's needs.
Print your design in-house or order the finished product. We make sure the products are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, with a trackable progress through the platform.

Correctly position your patient's limb according to their indications. Measure the angles of the wrist, fingers and thumb or adjust them visually using the platform.

Custom orthotic workflow
Define patient info, product functionalities and optionally an image. We’ll use this information to create a design.
When your design is ready, you’ll be notified. You can then review it in the viewer, and we’ll make any adjustments if needed. We’ll repeat this collaborative process until the design meets all requirements.
Once the design is finished, you order the product. We make sure the finished products are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, with a trackable progress through the platform.
